WebDec 31, 2024 · I just replaced the iron sights with the Bushnell FastFire II. This is the second group I shot. The first was about the same, but I shot a few rounds at the steel below it after the group, and the "splatter" was ugly. This was 25 yards offhand standing. I know many can do a lot better, but I am pretty happy with this.

You can see how much less cluttered the FOV is on the FF3 than Micro-type sights and how much cleaner the sight picture is. The FF3 has slight distortion around the edges though, a little blue tint, and the dot shape isn't the best.

Im just not sure on what size MOA dot to use for my PMR at close range I dont want the dot to hide my target but at long range I want to be able to see the dot on target.
