WebI’ve had this for years on and off. The only thing that helped was Protopic. It clears it completely but I have to use it for maintenance either once a week or once a fortnight depending on when it creeps back. The absolute thinnest layer at bedtime and the next day lips are a bit dry but quickly that rash feeling goes and it clears completely.
