I miss the good ol' outlines shader called "Cel-Shader" (it's not a real cel-shader) that creates borders only around 3D models. Also it would be really awesome if there was a true cel-shading effect.

The next thing to do is change the name of d3d9.dll to see if you can get it to hook in. Try d3d11.dll or dxgi.dll. If neither work, change it back to d3d9.dll (because that's what it should be in most cases). WebbGet the preset you downloaded and unzip it. Use WinRar or some other archive manager for this.
