We identified two members of the tRNA-derived small RNA (tsRNA) family, ts-3676 and ts-4521, both inactivated in CLL and lung cancer. We further analyzed expression of 120 tsRNAs and found that tsRNAs are dysregulated in CLL and lung cancer.
